Ice Ribbon holds its first event in Fuchu City, which is part of the "Fuchu Industry Expo", a sponsored event in Hiroshima's Fuchu City !!
Risa Sera, who hails from the town of Sera which is next to Fuchu City, fights with her partner Maya Yukihi as the Ribbon Tag Champions Azure Revolution.
Fighting opposite them in a non-title match is Akane Fujita and Rina Yamashita's team, Meaty Mikan.
In the semi-final, Hamuko Hoshi and Ibuki Hoshi will have a real parent-child showdown.
All 5 matches are included in the DVD, including the matches presented by Dove Pro Wrestling.
